 November 29 2023, with my friends, we planned to have an unusual adventure. Instead of the usual tourist spots, we wanted to visit a lesser-known waterfall in our neighboring village called Dikaan Falls. At exactly 12:00 noon, we all met at a friend's house. None of us were carrying any luggage, only money, phones, and ourselves. We were excited to start our journey and experience the beauty and tranquility of Dikaan Falls. We rode a tricycle to get to the village where the waterfall was located. As we left the town, the cool breeze invigorated us. The trees around us provided shade, making our journey pleasant.  We are surrounded by a vast world full of tasks and responsibilities waiting for us to fulfill. That's why sometimes we also need to rest and escape from these burdens. In the face of the trials and tragedies that exist in the world, there is one place that offers a momentary respite and tranquility— Marieya Resort.  One day, me and my friends decided to take a break from work and responsibilities so we decided to have a picnic in the local tourism of our barangay, Barangay Santa Lucia where the paradise of Marieya Resort is located. Because we think it's more important to promote our local wealth than distant places. Marieya Resort is the formerly Maracay Resort used to be owned by Nancy Lacuata but now it is owned by Auril Rey Saturno Duyag. This resort is located in Purok 3, Brgy.
